Business Start and Foundation

Carolina Copper HVAC was founded in the early part of 2018 with the same goals we have today: Provide quality heating and air services around Charlotte, NC while using up to date methods and procedures.

Before the owner opened Carolina Copper HVAC, he worked at several large heating and air companies performing system start ups, system repairs, system installs, and system maintenances.

Today, Carolina Copper HVAC repairs over 500 heating and air systems a year.

Service Protection

We carry liability insurance and include 1 year labor warranties in almost all of our heating and air services. Our 1 year labor warranty is included in most all of our air conditioning repairs and furnace repairs which includes covering the cost of the warrantied part and the cost of the labor associated with the installation of it.

In-House Payment Plan

We offer In-House Payment Plans for most of our services. We completely finance most of the upfront cost of your repair time and material allowing you to make payments to us over the course of 12 months. We do not inquire credit scores. If you have used our services before, we will look into our job history and length of customer relationship for a quick review. If this is the first time you are using our services, we only require a commitment deposit of 10% and a small convenience fee incorporated into the monthly payment.

The administrative and customer service team members work hand in hand with the technicians out in the field. This means that when you chat with us through text or talk to us on the phone, your’e getting the best of scheduling and system specific answers. The entire Carolina Copper HVAC team works together outside of normal hours and in between calls to verify technical information and ensure calls are running smoothly.
